The resort is extremely well situated, just 15 minutes’ drive away is Tavira. A charming old town described as ‘the jewel of the eastern Algarve’ due to its authentic buildings, excellent restaurants and rich cultural life. It is a very traditional town with many permanent residents who provide an all year round community feel. It is also just a 30 minutes’ drive from Faro International airport, an excellent road network means the region and nearby Spain are easy to explore.
Located on the edge of a nature reserve with unbroken views of the sea. Recent changes in legislation have meant that no development will be permitted surrounding the resort and all future builds will have to be at least 2km back from the shore. This kind of protection is priceless – the view is there to stay. Aside from sun and sand, within a 10 minute walk resort owners can hire boats, water-ski and even take trips to watch dolphins.
In many people’s minds, the Algarve is synonymous with golf, three quality courses including Monte Rei Golf and Country Club are within 10 minutes’ drive with two Jack Nicklaus ‘signature’ designed courses. A further five courses are within 20 minutes drive, keeping the most dedicated golf enthusiast happy.
Both apartments and townhouses have floor-to-ceiling windows to make the most of the excellent views. The townhouse roof terraces come with jacuzzis as standard, giving an added indulgent quality. All properties have fully installed air conditioning, fully fitted kitchen, built in spot lights throughout and wooden floors in the bedrooms.
