We offer you fully furnished and equipped living space for upmarket requirements for temporary use of max. 6 months. For this purpose, we have elaborately converted former office and laboratory rooms into 3 flats that offer more living space, comfort, privacy and independence as an alternative to a long-term stay in a hotel after a demanding working day. A reserved parking space is available in front of the building. The flats are located in the north of Warendorf in a quiet, yet conveniently situated residential area. A discount grocery store, pharmacy and a specialist medical centre are within walking distance. Recreation is offered by a nearby forest with walking paths and wonderful jogging routes. A well-developed network of cycle paths (e.g. along the Ems) invites you to enjoy exciting cycling tours. The historic old town of Warendorf with its cosy restaurants and cafés as well as numerous shops can be reached in approx. 1.5 km. The flat is fully furnished to a high standard and tiled in a wooden floorboard look. Underfloor heating ensures comfort. The windows are equipped with pleated blinds and electric shutters including timers. You live in a combined kitchen, dining and living area. The lovingly selected furniture and tasteful decoration invite you to linger. The leather sofa has a sleep function (with separately integrated mattress). In the separate bedroom with double bed and integrated reading lamps, high-quality mattresses and adjustable slatted frames ensure a restful sleep. Valuables can be safely stored in a furniture safe. The flat has a storage room and built-in cupboard. A private terrace will be available in the communal garden from around May 2021. You can reach it via an entrance outside your flat. The rent already includes a 14-day interim cleaning.
