Brt228 Brtonigla
We are pleased to offer this very interesting development opportunity. In the dim and distant past this was a small hotel. Parts of it have been converted into three apartments, but it could do better with 300m2 than this.
The site is a good one, on the main road leading up into the village. Brtonigla is a pretty largely Italian speaking village with an active tourist programme and various festivals. It has an unusually high number of good restaurants including the Gault-Millau listed San Rocco, Primizia, Astarea and several others, all within walking distance. The Colours of Istria restaurant promotions guarantee lots of out of season business. This is an all year round village.
This property would make a great hostel or bike hotel. There is a growing demand for both. There is plenty to attract customers in and around Brtonigla, which is surrounded by some of the finest vineyards in the country. All the best elements of Croatian tourism can be found here. The beach is a 20 minute bike ride, There is even the Istralandia water park a ten minute drive away. Brtonigla is a successful village.
The property is crying out for an imaginative developer to capitalise on its potential. It is anticipated that EU funding could be available for a project that would create jobs in a rural environment.
Price: Eur 400,000 subject to contract. (Kunas 3,000,000)
