The fazenda is located near Pirai, about 90 km distant from Rio de Janeiro, easily reachable by the Avenida Presidente Dutra. The size is about 236 ha.
At the ranch, there is a lake (with fish stock), cattle and horse paddock as well as several shelters.
Furthermore, there are 2 buildings for employees, a storage and a small chapel.
The main house can be turned into a Hotel/Pousada (original intention of the proprietor)
On the ground floor there is the living room, a dining room, another room that can be used as reception, kitchen, wine cellar and other rooms.
On the 1st floor there are 7 bedrooms each with bathroom (2 bedrooms are connected by a door and a sort of double bedroom). In the 2 upper floor there are 5 rooms (living room, bedroom, bathroom / WC).
A further 5 rooms are located on the 1st floor in the left part of the reception (separate entrance) and another large living room (100 m²) connecting to the Varanda. The electrical and water installation is completed.
A project for an addition / expansion with 20 rooms is available.
