Project 'La Renardiere'is located in the village of Haute-Nendaz which is, just like La Tzoumaz and Verbier, directly connected to the magnificent 4-Valley ski-domain. A big part of the population lives permanently in Nendaz, resulting in a true 4-season village as restaurants, shops, hotels, schools, nurseries, pharmacies, doctors, etc. are open all year round.
The project itself is located very well on an historic piece of land and consists of 3 chalets of around 120m2 (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) on 3 plots of circa 1190m2. Nothing can ever be constructed in front of the chalets and therefore the magnificent view is guaranteed!
The project is located within walking distance of the center and close to the ski-slopes and therefore benefit from ski-in possibility. In addition, the plots are easily accessible by car all year round.
The chalets design is traditional though with a modern touch. All materials used are state-of-the-art (costly yet maintenance free Larch wooden exterior, massive Oak wooden floors in the bedrooms, fully fitted luxurious kitchen, under floor heating throughout the chalet, PAC air-water heating system, Argon gas windows, etc.).
Dreamchalet is already in posession of the building permission allowing us to build the chalets as a secondary residency as well (thus no effect of the controversial Weber legislation).
