The kitchen is spacious and separated from the dining area by a breakfast bar. Patio doors lead from the kitchen to a Conservatory. This conservatory is to all intents and purposes another lounge as it has 9 removable windows so it can be used in both summer and winter. An ideal place to relax, and enjoy your meals, in the constant Cypriot sunshine.
Going down 2 steps from the side of the kitchen area, is a second bathroom/guest toilet. To the left is a second downstairs bedroom/storage area with a ceiling fan and plenty of wardrobe space. Patio doors lead to the outside terrace. Each of the ground floor rooms is connected by sliding doors or feature stone archways.
Stairs lead from the lounge to the first floor where we have the spacious master bedroom with featured traditional ceilings and with a balcony, overlooking the pool and with stunning views of the local countryside and the mountains.
The second bedroom on this floor has a large window to enjoy the surrounding countryside views and as with the other bedrooms has plenty of wardrobe space. Currently used as an office. Between these two bedrooms is a bathroom complete with walk in shower.
These are the details of the main house but there is, in addition, a separate house/annex, complete with a lounge, kitchen/diner, shower room and double bedroom. This annex is stone built and has a large terrace overlooking the pool and main house. This annex has a separate entrance and is ideal for somebody wanting to do holiday rentals to generate extra income.
In the centre of these properties is a large courtyard area with an 8m x 4m swimming pool, large terraces and a kleftiko oven, ideal for cooking those delicious and traditional Cypriot lamb dinners.

It is very difficult to find Traditional Stone Houses here in Cyprus but this is an exceptional property and difficult to define ‘character’ but if any property has character this is the one.
