The house

Between the annex and the view is an area which could work perfectly as a pool and entertainment area away from the house. The level below the house is sizable and a wonderful location for an orchard, olive grove and additional garden. 
Surroundings
The property is located in the countryside near Ramazzano - Le Pulci, one of the 'frazioni' of Perugia. The center of this ancient and famous student city is a mere 6 km away. Perugia offers all one can ask for both as resident and tourist but many more interesting places can be found nearby. Assisi, Umbertide, Lago Trasimeno, the vineyards of Monte Falco and Bevagna, Spello and Trevi are all within easy reach. The airport of Perugia is only a stone's throw away as well, 5 km.
