Buyers may opt to select a furniture and appliance package designed by the appointed interior decorators. Buyers can work directly with the interior designers on any alterations and variations they may desire.
The development is gated with electronic entry and dusk to dawn security guards. All homes will be installed with an alarm system from Storm Security with a direct link to the security gatehouse as well as a security monitoring and response company.
Residents’ Association Fees
For the purpose of maintaining the high standards and the future viability of the development a Residents’ Association will be formed. It will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of the common property, garbage collection, pest control, hedge trimming, pool maintenance, public area cleaning and all other incidentals incurred in the normal course of property maintenance. Management of the development will also be assumed by the Residents’ Association which shall be entitled to levy dues upon home owners.

Infrastructure works have been completed and the development is fully serviced. There are 4 homes of varying styles already built with an additional 2 homes under construction. On average each home will take approximately 6-8 months to complete after going to contract.
A number of local banks are offering special mortgage packages for prospective buyers. Even non-resident buyers can obtain financing locally to purchase one of our homes. We would be pleased to assist in introducing buyers to specific banks where they could obtain financing.
