The picturesque vineyard itself has 5 hectares with three varieties of grapes (tannat (Uruguay), cabernet franc (France) and blauer silvaner (Germany) - the very first of its kind in Uruguay. The property is a few kilometers from the maritime and tourist city of Punta del Este, Uruguay.

The farm has a total area of 40 hectares and is located within the so-called Ruta del Olivo and Ruta Gourmet, promoted and progressively developed by the Government of Maldonado, Uruguay. The neighbouring and nearby properties contribute to the increased value of this farm: at 400 meters you find the properties of Alejandro Bengolea, of the Fortabat family as well as the Finca Babieca, at 1000 meters distance, which provide added value.

Although the farm can be used exclusively as vineyard / livestock, it is also possible to build a fantastic residence or mansion at the great central hill. Additionally, it has an excellent potential for the construction of a Rural Hotel or Ecotourism facility, surrounded by vineyards and near the city of Punta del Este, Punta Ballena; even more taking into account the number of tourists that the country and the city of EsteƱa receives, as well as the tax benefits that Uruguay grants.

There are two power lines on the property, two drilling points for irrigation and two water pumps; furthermore there is equipment for wine-production (tractor, storage etc.)

Although the vineyards have the most three years of planting, except the newest with one year, the blauer silvaner, all and in their entirety will have a production potential in the short term to generate a total of 50,000 (fifty thousand) bottles of fine wine per year.

It is also the first vineyard in Uruguay and in America to incorporate the Blauer Silvaner strain, from Sommerhausen, Franconia region, Germany.
