For sale: A different way of life.
We did it 15 years ago with the opening of Casavabene in Murazzano, in the Piedmont region. In 2008 we found our dream location in Italy. The house, popularly known as Pancia Lunga (the long belly), was built in 1983, but never finished and was therefore already waiting for us for 25 years. In 2009 we finished the house and turned it into a holiday home, consisting of our own apartment and an apartment, a studio, a holiday home and a Bed & Breakfast room to rent out.
In 2021 we bought an old farmhouse, which borders Casavabene. This one is above Casavabene, so we called it Casa Sopra. Casa Sopra is being sold as part of Casavabene and makes it possible to expand further.
