Agricultural colonization building from the 19th century, linked to the exploitation of the cultivated fields of the Bellcaire plain.It forms a closed enclosure, with a single access facing south, configuring a rectangle with approximate dimensions of 63 by 58 m2.Going through the entrance portal, a generous interior patio distributes the accesses to the different rooms that made up the farm: haystacks, corrals, stables, barns and a house, this one in a second, more private patio.In 1990, the building was cleaned up and structurally consolidated, demolishing the roofs and elements added over the years to the original constructions.The haystacks, corrals and stables offer architectural elements and spaces of notable interest.
