Small house in Medieval Aveyron Village
Small terraced house with two bedrooms and third small bedroom with bathroom shower room, kitchen, living room and garage/boiler room underneath. House on 4 levels = 3 flights of stairs! At entrance level, a garage measuring 15m² - but, impossible to drive in due to the position of the church! Perfect for motorbikes (car can be parked near the house). The boiler room houses an oil fired boiler in good condition and the corresponding oil tank. First floor has a kitchen measuring 10.95m² and a slightly smaller living room. There is a separate toilet on this floor. From the living room are stairs up to the second floor, where there is a bedroom of 10.47m² and a smaller room used as a bedroom, with a shower room leading off. More stairs up to the top floor which has a bedroom of 12m² and a bathroom. Windows have additional glazing (not double glazed) and the house has mains drainage. Roof in good condition. There is no outside space. However, Entraygues is on the banks of the rivers Lot and Truyère - open green spaces all around - and no maintenance! A great 'lock up and leave' property which is asking for a good redecoration throughout and a bit of DIY. It would make an 'easy to care for' base for walking/cycling holidays in beautiful Aubrac national park. Entraygues has bars and restaurants as well as shops and a night market in summer. Rodez is under an hour away and Espalion and Estaing less than 30 minutes.
