This property located in the more elevated section of Martos in Jaen province would make a great project because all the heavy lifting has been done. This is a nicely set out house with an amazing view from the good sized terrace. The front door opens into what could be a sitting room and round the corner towards the back is a large kitchen diner with a bathroom on the left. Also there is a utility room on the terrace, this will make a great home or bolt hole. New doors and windows are needed throughout the property, they are bricked up at present so the property can not be accessed for viewing.
