Both these spaces are in a good condition and would benefit from a spruce up in terms of decor.
Moving up the stairs to the first floor where you have one double bedroom , which has a Juliet balcony over looking the street , that makes the space light and bright, this space needs the ceiling re-plastering and painting along with a freshen up to the paintwork , the floor tiles are in good condition and are a neutral grey.
Taking the stairs from the bedroom you have the top floor which houses a small laundry area and bathroom plus access to that iconic view terrace .
It is on this level where the deterioration in condition is most noticeable due to water ingress over many years from the flat roof and the facade, due to lack of maintainence , we do have pricing for the immediately necessary repair work to the exterior and interior on this level .
The bathroom has suffered but could be improved with retiling and fitting of a new loo, replacing the half bath with a shower and reusing the pedestal sink as this is in good condition. In addition to this the facade will require scraping , superficial cracks filling before a full repaint .
