House in Somogysámson, Somogy
The house is in good order and has been renovated step by step from 2010 to what it is today. Electricity has been renewed, new bathroom and kitchen, the windows and doors are made of plastic and click laminate everywhere in the rooms. Roof is still in good condition. The house is immediately ready to move in.
You enter the house through the covered terrace and then you go to the living room and from there to the kitchen, two bedrooms, the bathroom and the (separate) toilet. In the living room there is a staircase that you can finish. There is room for a landing, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The plot is 1,439 m2 and there is a barn, some stables and storage space.
Electricity and water are in the house and gas is available on the plot. There is a septic tank for drainage. The house is heated with wood-burning stoves. Connecting telephone and/or Internet is possible.
Somogysámson has about 800 inhabitants and for daily shopping you can go to the local shop. For better shopping you can go to Marcali (10 km) or Keszthely (25 km).
Marcali is a nice town where you will find all retail chains such as Lidl, Aldi and Tesco. There is also a nice (thermal) swimming pool.
The somewhat larger city is Keszthely. Known for the cozy centre and the castle. Also here many shops and opportunities for shopping. Just next to Keszthely you will find Hévíz (30 km) known for its thermal lake.
From Somogysámson Lake Balaton can be reached in a 15 km. You are then in Balatonkeresztúr, but there are several nice Balaton places with many beaches.
Here you can easily make a permanent or holiday house and only 15 km from the Balaton.
