You can start living immediately in this house. The house was renovated in 2017 and everything is in good order.
You are going to find two floors here. You enter the ground floor, the living floor, through the lovely terrace and then you enter the hall. From the hall to the large living room with open kitchen. Furthermore, two bedrooms and the toilet. Downstairs another bedroom and bathroom. You can stay here with 6 people.
At the back of the house there is a covered terrace overlooking the garden. In the garden a (design) well. The plot is 1841 m2 in size.
Electricity, gas and water are available. For drainage there is a connection to the sewerage system. The house is centrally heated on a gas-fired boiler. Telephone and Internet are no problem.
The house is located in a quiet street of the village of Csokvaomány. Csokvaomány is close to the national parks of Bükk and Lazberci. The village itself has all the local amenities and three shops.
The town Ózd (20 km) is nearby and here you find all bigger stores and supermarkets. Via road 25 it is then only 30 km to the border of Slovakia.
Ózd is a city with over 40,000 people. Around the city a hilly area with valleys and forests and great area for lovers of hiking and excursions.
The beautiful baroque city of Eger is about 45 minutes by car and offers all facilities. In this beautiful city not only all the stores you need, but especially the centre itself is worth a visit to see the beautiful Basilica and the castle. Also consider walking through the narrow streets in the inner part of Eger where you can find many restaurants and traditional local shops.
All in all a wonderful area for (mountain) walking, fishing, sightseeing, to see the beautiful scenery and visit cities.
This is a great home if you have plans to live permanently in Hungary.
