The house is not very large with the living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, but it is fine to stay there as a couple or alone.
The plot is 1,100 m2 and there is a cellar in the nice and wide garden. Enough space to start a vegetable garden.
All facilities such as water, gas and electricity are available. For drainage there is a connection to the sewerage system. The house is heated with gas convectors and a wood stove. Connection of telephone and/or Internet is possible.
Szendro is a large village in the north. It is located on the Bódva River and around 4,000 inhabitants live in the village. Village is fully equipped for shopping. the Aggtelek national park is located at a 15 km and Kazincbarcika with the beach and pool at a 15 km. The town of Miskolc at 30 km, but closer you can also go to Slovakia.
Beautiful house and for this price a great (holiday) home with a nice garden.
Furniture can be bought with it.
