The house was last renovated in 2022. Electricity, water pipes, heating and the roof have been replaced. The roof has been renovated, the interior and exterior doors and windows have been replaced and 10 cm thick insulation has been applied to the outside.
You enter the house living room with open kitchen. Nice large space. There are also three bedrooms, a pantry and the bathroom. Indoors there is access to the basement. Directly next to the house there is a shed/workshop and garage.
The plot is 1.3.51 m2 and there is a separate building where a hair salon used to be located, but which could be turned into a guest room.

In the summer you can go to Orfü for water fun, known for its lakes and tourism and then pleasant crowds, no mass tourism. Great environment!
