House in Tamasi, Tolna
House and plot of 6,867 must provide possibilities. The plot is wonderfully large, but it should be noted that the land behind the house goes uphill. About half is flat and accessible via a shortcut.
The house consists of two parts (see map). In one part there are 3 rooms and in the other part the kitchen/dining room with utility room, bathroom and separate toilet. The two parts are connected by a corridor, but there is still some work to be done.
The house is already equipped with plastic windows and doors, the roof construction above the room part is new, the basement has been concreted and a new chimney has been installed. Much has been done, but plenty remains to do.
Tamási is suitable for tourism because of the thermal bath, the surroundings and the Balaton. There are many tourists, so there are possibilities.
The plot is 6,867 m2, but about half is hilly and the rest is flat. The flat part behind the hill can be reached by a shortcut. Many outbuildings on the plot.

Tamási is located between the Kapo River and the Sió-Sárviz Valley. Near Tamási you will find the Gyulaj fallow deer reserve. This is one of the largest fallow deer areas in Europe and an excursion by jeep, or even on foot, through the reserve is definitely recommended.
Balaton is also a tourist attraction from Tamási. A day trip to Balaton is easy to do. you can reach Siófok in 45 minutes.
