House in Kocsolá, Tolna
About 10 years ago, the water and electricity pipes, the exterior and interior doors and windows were replaced. The roof structure was renovated 5-6 years ago, the attic was insulated with 25 cm of glass wool and the walls of the house were insulated with 12 cm of graphite.
The heating system has been replaced and modernized.
The house has a large living room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen with pantry, bathroom, toilet and laundry room. In the extension of the house there is a storage room, a beautiful covered terrace of 35m2 and a boiler house.
The plot is 3,005 m2 and the garden is well maintained. You can park in front of the house, but there is also a parking space in the garden. Garden opens with an electric gate.
On the other side of the house is a second plot with a wooden shed and a carport. There are also various (fruit) trees. Plot ends at a small stream.

Kocsolá has a population of 1,200 and you can here do your daily shopping, and there is also a school, doctor's office, pharmacy, etc. The town of Dombóvár is 15 km away. There is also the Gunaras beach. A day in Balaton is easy doable. You are 50 km from Siófok.
Nice house where you can move in without any work to do and ideal for a permanent stay in Hungary.
