A little further away (45 minutes by car) you are in Keszthely where a visit to the centre, the castle and the Balaton are definitely worthwhile. Hévíz with the famous thermal lake is less than 50 minutes away.
Eszteregnye offers you a beautiful green environment with many possibilities in the immediate region.
