House in Nikla, Somogy
The house is small, but nice. The exterior is quite up to date. The roof was renovated two years ago and covered with plates. The house has also been designed with 10 cm of insulation, plastered and painted. The inside still needs work.
In the house you will find the hallway, living room, bedroom, kitchen with pantry and the bathroom.
Water and electricity are available. Gas can be connected from the street. There is a sewerage system for drainage. The house is heated with the wood stove. Connecting the telephone and/or Internet is no problem.
Nikla is a quiet village where more than 700 inhabitants live. A so-called ribbon village. You can do your daily shopping in the village and for the rest you can go to Marcali. is 10 km away and there is Tesco, Aldi, Lidl and other retail chains. Also nice little shops, restaurants, schools, etc. In Marcali there is also a nice swimming pool and thermal bath.
You live here 15-20 km from Balaton. You can easily go to Balatonmariafürdö, but also to Fonyód where there is a market every Wednesday and Saturday.
Nice house in a quiet village, not too far from Balaton.
