You can live in the house, but it does need to be modernized.
You enter the house into the hall / living room and from there to the 3 bedrooms, kitchen with pantry, bathroom and (separate) toilet.

Várong is a village in the province of Tolna. Around 150 people live in Várong. The larger places in the area are Dombóvár at 17 km, Tamási at 21 km and Kaposvár at 25 km. Especially in the latter you will find everything that a larger city can offer. From the well-known retail chains to a cozy centre, schools, sports facilities, hospital, restaurants, etc. In an hour you can be at the Balaton (Siófók) for a day of water fun and then back to the tranquillity of Várong. The area surrounding Várong is beautifully green and somewhat hilly.
