This house is located approximately 500 metres above sea level on an easily navigable village road in the municipality of Gioiosa Marea in the higher Contrada Russa.
The distance to the coast is 7 km. The view to the north and east from the house offers a spectacular view of the offshore Aeolian Islands and the coast towards Milazzo.
The property is less than 7 km from the centre of Gioiosa Marea, where you will find a friendly community of around five thousand inhabitants.
