A warm welcome to the picturesque town of Llucmajor, with cozy cafes, bakeries and easy access to Palma and the airport. We are pleased to present a unique house consisting of 773 useful sqm divided into three floors where the main entrance floor consists of social spaces, a beautiful plot with patios and a fantastic pool area. The house has 5 spacious bedrooms on the top floor and 5 bathrooms. On the roof there is a sunny terrace with a 360 degree view of the town. The house also has an amaizing cellar, sauna and garage.
Located inland from the south coast, Llucmajor is the head of Majorca's geographically largest municipality.
The town rose to importance as an industrial center and prospered economically during the 20th century thanks to shoe manufacturing and excellent stone, iron and wood craftsmen. There is also a long agricultural tradition and apricots and almonds continue to grow in abundance around the village. Llucmajor continues to enjoy a thriving community, which does not depend solely on tourism and is therefore quite active throughout the year. One of the main benefits of Llucmajor is its location. Located at the foot of Mount Randa, the town has excellent access to the motorway and is very close to both the Son Sant Joan international airport and the city of Palma. It is close to several of the major hotel complexes and is surrounded by farmland and charming rural corners, with fabulous forest and mountain views. Llucmajor has several buildings of historical interest, a testament to its rich and varied heritage. Some of the most notable are: the town hall, in the Plaza de España, the church of San Miguel, from the 18th century, in the Plaza de Santa Catalina Tomás, the baroque convent of Sant Bonaventure, the monument to the shoemakers at the western gate from the town and the monument to Jaime III, on Paseo Jaume III. There is an interesting lighthouse in Cap Blanc and from the Santuari de Cura, on top of the mountain, there is a privileged view of the Randa mountains. Its convenient location means that in the surroundings of Llucmajor there is much to see and do.
