via Estrada da Coco and 5 km from Praia do Forte – nice fishermen village with luxury
resort, many restaurants, bars, shops and activities. It is currently in Belgion ownership.
The new construction of a new highway from the airport already arriving to Praia do Forte is a
huge asset.
It is built on a plot of 8,160 m2 between the ocean and the lagoon -
with about 52 m of beach.
The beach is beautiful and has on one side a view of the village of Guarajuba and the
other on Praia de Forte and its lighthouse.
The river Rio Pojouca is located 500m and offers an enchanting part of a nature reserve.
