The central part consists of a 2.5 ha clearing with no usage constraints because it was deforested 30 years ago. On the outskirts, the neighboring properties are all protected forest areas and the Rio Burundanga borders one of them over a distance of 150m, the same Rio that meets the ocean at Engenhoca beach
Some days you will hear the sea located 2 km away as the crow flies.
