This tourist complex of 12 apartments, bar/snack, childrens play area, large, decorative swimming pool of 90sqm and sunbathing area are surrounded by 5000sqm of beautiful gardens. The complex is situated a 15 minute walk from the town center of the popular tourist resort of Aghios Nikolaos with it's blue flagged sandy beaches, shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets etc. The international airport of Heraklion is a 45-minute drive away.
The complex accommodates 36 persons. 7 of the units are studio apartments with fully fitted kitchens including fridges and cooking facilities, bathrooms and balconies. The other 5 apartments sleep 4 persons each and have fully fitted kitchens, bathrooms, and balconies. 8 of the apartments are air-conditioned.
The pool is attractively decorated with a stone bridge and there is plenty of room for sun beds. The bar/snack bar has seating inside and outside near the pool. There is also a satellite television in this area.
The gardens are well established and interesting with ornamental features and a children's play area.
The complex was built in1986 and was totally refurbished 3 years ago.

Agios Nikolaos is the capital of the county Lasithi and is located at the Mirabello Bay, north-east Crete, only 45 mins away from the international airport of Heraklion.
Geographically the town is well protected from strong winds allowing sea sports and swimming nearly all year round.
Although Agios Nikolaos has a population of less than 20,000 it has a several banks, supermarkets, shops of every kind, doctors, a modern hospital of high standard, public swimming pool and tennis courts, yacht marina, harbour, cinema, theatre, gyms, a 9-hole golf course, schools ranging from nurseries to 6-level high school and generally all the amenities you would expect to find in a modern European town.
The microclimate is one of the best in Greece and the moderate temperatures rarely exceed 30c in summer or fall below 15c in wintertime. This wonderful dry climate together with the natural beauty of the area has attracted most of the high class hotels of Greece to operate here.
