Located in the village, yet in a quiet, peaceful environment
In Gétye, in a quiet village nice property very close to the next town Pacsa and not far from 3 thermal baths - Hévíz, Kehidakustány and Zalakaros. Very good interieur condition – inside renovated/renewed in 2019, 1 living room-kitchen and 2 bedrooms. The same year outside insulation and windows installation(triple glased) was done. Nice garden, rear part optimal for animals with a grassfield and with some buildings. The house is on a very good location, about 20 km from Héviz(spa, health centre and natural thermal lake) and only about 20 minutes by car to the lake Balaton. Gas in the street, water, electricity in the house, septic tank. Internet possible.
The settlement is a quiet village with no through traffic, there is bus service. Several foreign and Hungarian families from the city have bought houses here for weekend recreation and longer holidays. Hévíz with its spa and thermal lake is about 20 minutes, Keszthely with the Balaton shore is about 5 minutes more.The county seat Zalaegerszeg is quickly accessible on the main road 76. The countryside is a very nice place for hiking, good restaurants, riding stables can be found in the area, Fishing is possible not only on Lake Balaton and Lake Kis-Balaton, but also nearby on the Zala River and the Zalacsány fishing lake.
