House is built of stone and in good condition. A new roof was made in 2019-2020, the outside was insulated, its window was renewed and a new bathroom and new kitchen were installed. The heating (central heating on gas) has also been installed.
You enter the house through the terrace and you will find the living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. Behind the house there is a storage room which is also accessible via the terrace.
The plot is 2.094 m2 wide and there are still the old barns and a cellar. The barns can be turned into a beautiful covered terrace and/or carport.
Electricity, water and gas are available. For drainage there is a connection to the sewerage system. The house is centrally heated (gas), but there is also a fireplace and for the colder evenings in spring and autumn you can also have the air conditioning heated. Of course also wonderfully cool after a hot summer day. Internet and telephone connection is no problem.
You will find this house in the village of Inke. More than 1,000 inhabitants living here. In the village itself a supermarket, a doctor's office, a school, etc., a reasonable village. Located 15 km from the city of Nagykanizsa where you can do great shopping, go to a terrace, or go out for dinner. Other town is Böhönye at a 15 km or Marcali (direction of Balaton) at a 35 km. In Zalakaros (18 km) a thermal bath. Even a day at Balaton is doable. It is about 55 km.
The house is located in a quiet dead-end street at 1000 meters from the centre and there the (little) supermarket, post office, doctor and bus stop.
It is good to know that the kitchen furniture is not included in the price.
