North of Dombóvár, not far from Tamási and Igal you will find Gyulaj. Gyulaj is a village in the hilly landscape where more than 1,000 inhabitants live. In the village you can easily do your daily shopping and there is also a doctor, a post office, a kindergarten and a school.
With the city of Dombóvár at a distance of 15-20 km, you can easily extensive shopping, but also enjoy a terrace, restaurant, sports facilities, etc.
For relaxation there are quite a lot of thermal baths in this area. For example, the Gunaras (beach and bath) in Dombóvár is 15 km away, the thermal bath of Tamási is 13 km away and the beautiful swimming pool of Igal is less than 30 km away. In the summer you can also enjoy the Balaton. With an hour by car you can already be in the famous seaside resort of Siófok.
