The house is located in a backend street of Segesd in a quiet street with plenty of land in front of the house.
Here is another original farm with many outbuildings and a nice, well-maintained garden.
You enter the house via the covered terrace and from there you enter the kitchen. On the other side there is a hall and from there you have access to the living room and the two bedrooms. From the living room you can go to the bathroom and it is quite possible to also make access to the kitchen here.

In Nagyatád you can find all the larger chain stores for shopping, such as Lidl, Tesco, Penny Market, etc. Segesd is 50 minutes from Balaton (Balatonmariafürdo). Lake Gyékényes is also 50 minutes away.
In the area there are several fishing ponds and many forests for hiking, walking and hunting.
