House in Mágocs, Baranya
The house has been renovated step-by-step since 2012 and is neatly in order. You can live here quickly. Paint and you can move in. The windows and doors, electricity and water pipes and sewerage were replaced since 2012 and the attic was insulated with 15 cm thick rock wool. A central heating was installed in 2019.
You enter the house into the living room / kitchen and from there to the pantry and the bathroom. To the right you have to go up a few steps and then you enter a hall with three rooms adjacent to it. If you are going to use the house as a summer residence, these can be great bedrooms, but if you are going to stay here permanently, a separate living room is also comfortable.
The garden is 1,061 m2 and wonderfully wide. In the garden a separate garage and some sheds.
Electricity and water are available. For drainage there is a septic tank. The house is centrally heated with a wood-fired central heating system. Connecting the internet and/or telephone is no problem.
Mágocs is a large village / small town in Baranya and has a population of 2,500. Various shops to do your (daily) shopping. Also schools, a bakery, doctor's office and restaurants.
The larger town is Dombóvár, located 8 km. Gunaras Thermal Bath is 12 km away.
Mágocs is located at the foot of the Mecsek, on the edge of the Eastern Mecsek Nature Park (Kelet-Mecsek Tájvédelmi Körzet). Plenty of recreational opportunities here. You can cycle, walk, fish and even go horse riding here. A few km away are Lake Alsómocsolád and the Bikal Castle Hotel ("puchner.hu/en">puchner.hu/en).
