The building
As every other farmhouse in Umbria the first part has been built a long time ago. Then as time passed by, the family expanded and activities changed and increased various parts were added on. The result of this way of building is called `architettura spontanea di contadino` and showcases buildings with many twists and turns. Unfortunately this home has been abandoned for quite some time and for most parts a full reconstruction is recommended.

The building is part of a local farm and gets sold off separately. The land to be included will have to be determined with the seller. A road which passes alongside can be rerouted. A large electricity pole is located near the house.
The area
The location of this property is very central in Umbria. Between Rome and Tuscany and with the nearest city at 10 km's distance. The closest international airport is Perugia. Many beautiful cities and site are within easy reach. Cities like Assisi, Todi and Orvieto, vineyards of Monte Falco and Bevagna and Lago Trasimeno can all be easily visited.
