According to GURS data, the building was built in 1870, but it has been renovated several times and regularly maintained. The roof was replaced, the old box windows were replaced with wooden ones with double-glazed gas glazing. The external walls are brick and have no thermal insulation. Heating is a pellet stove.
Sanitary water is heated by an 80l electric boiler, installed at the end of 2017. The complete roof was renovated in 2006. The property has 1,200 m² of land (including forest).
