K16 is the highest resort in Montenegro, located at the ski tracks of Kolasin 1600, Bjelasica mountain. K16 is named after two motives: K for an abbreviation in naming mountain peaks, and 16 which was shortened from 1600 - the 1600 meters above sea level height of the resort.

K16 Resort consists of 2 hotels with 368 units, as well as 7 apartment buildings with 583 units. All the units within the hotel settlement will be serviced by the hotels, offering a wide spectrum of amenities and year-round activities.
