There is also a Walled Garden and tiled roof kiosk to front of property
You can also find a Free-form tiled swimming pool with linked children’s pool surrounded by stone sundeck and lounge area as well as a Yoga Pavilion situated in the Garden.
Finally there are extensive landscaped gardens mainly lawn with palm, papaya and coconut trees and numerous shrubs.

At this time, the the high season rate for the pousada was R$300 or R$250 ( to reflect the two room
types). The Low Seaon rate was R$250 and R$200.
There are two distict locations in Paraty: within the Historic centre and outside.
Being located in the Historic Centre always guaranteed a premium on room rates. However, recently,
the volume of toursist, associated noise, inaccesibility due to flooding in normal high tides and often
poor infrastructure has created opportunities. Bambubamboo, only three minutes by car from the
Centre, offers a peaceful natural environment with almost a third of its 1800 square metres landscaped
and is one of only five pousadas with river access in Paraty. A small marina next door allows guests
access to their powered craft while staying at the pousada.
The propery provides a viable option for Visitors wanted a more relaxing experience of Paraty . The
property has a large spa complex and potential for restaurants and bars with mountain and river views
that have never been expolited. There is limited spa capacity in Paraty and there are few quality
restaurants outside the Historic Centre. The property lends itself to become the Premium Boutique Hotel
in Paraty. The pousada requires a small investment mainly in décor and some minor cosmetic changes to
